The Boston Red Sox are based in Boston, Massachusetts and are members of the American League Eastern Division of the Major League Baseball. Fenway Park has been their home ballpark from 1912 to present. They were established in 1901 and are included in the eight charter members of the American League. In 1918, the Boston Red Sox had a successful record of more than four championships. Unfortunately, they waited 86 years after that period before they won another Championship game in 2004. Despite such drought, the team had numerous highlights in their World Series history such as Carlton Fisk’s home run (1975), Enos Slaughter’s mad dash (1946), Bill Buckner’s error way back in 1986 and the Impossible Dream (1967). The name Red Sox is from the red hose in their uniform and was selected by John I. Taylor (Red Sox owner) himself. Looking for Boston Red Sox snapbacks? Check out these items below!
