A member of the Major League, the Colorado Rockies are an American professional baseball team based in Denver, Colorado.  They were established in 1991 and began playing in the West Division of the National League in 1993.  The Coors Field in Downtown Denver serves as their home park where they play their home games.  The name Colorado Rockies was derived from the Colorado Rocky Mountains.  After more than a decade of its existence, the team was able to win their first National League pennant in 2007.  In 2006 through 2007, they had different controversies attached to their name such as the World Series controversy and that with the Christian rules.  They were able to make a total of three appearances in the playoffs (1995, 2007, 2009) and have no members selected for the Baseball Hall of Fame so far.  Looking for Colorado Rockies snapbacks?
